Our studio apartment on fifth avenue has a furnished kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
One double bed (extra single bed $20 dollars per night), fan, air conditioner, cable TV, WIFI internet in the garden area, safe box and terrace.
Rate per Season:
- Low Season: $462 USD per week
- High Season: $770 USD per week
- Christmas and New Year Season: $1000 USD per week
Seasons Date:
- Low Season: May 1st to June 15th and Sept 1st to Dec 15th
- High Season: June 16th to Aug 31th and Jan 10th 15th to Apr 30th
- Christmas Season: Dec 16th to Jan 9th

All apartments have maid service, air conditioning and cable television.
